Welcome to Taylor’d Ergonomics Resources. This library includes practical tools, downloads, guides, and articles to help you reduce strain/sprain injuries, improve worker comfort, support return-to-work programs, and strengthen your ergonomics program. Use these ergonomics resources to support your health and safety goals.
Here is an example of an “Ergo Extra”. Our on-site ergo clients have access to a huge folder of ergo extras on many, many topics.
Download the “ergo extra” to learn more about ergonomics, ergonomists, and risk factors for strains and sprain injuries.
What do we look for during an office ergonomics assessment? We’ve developed a summary outlining the criteria that we look for during an assessment. By making your workstation meet these criteria you will improve comfort, productivity, quality of work, and morale. Please contact us for more information regarding office ergonomics assessments.
Here is a document that details our “default” interpretations for all of the criteria on the FAF. It was jointly developed by Taylor’d Ergo and Dr. S. Siu, of SRS Consultants in London. For medical professionals, this information can also be accessed through the OMA website under the communication papers in the Occupational & Environmental Medicine section.
If your professional association (e.g. human resources, safety, engineering, nursing) is looking for a speaker for one of your meetings, please contact Carrie in our office. We would be happy to come out to speak with your colleagues! If you are within an hour radius of one of our offices, we can usually come at no charge.
